cancellation POLICY

LAST UPDATE OF THIS CANCELLATION POLICY – [September 25, 2025]

A $1750 USD deposit is required at the time of registration. The next $1250 deposit is due by November 1, 2025 and the reminder is due by December 1, 2025.

Deposits are refundable until 100 days before departure (October 27, 2025). Less than 95 days before departure, deposits are 100% nonrefundable. Cancellations made between November 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between December 2, 2025 and the trip departure (February 4, 2026) will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full.)

If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

We highly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance whenever making travel plans.
