Hi, I’m Kay, the founder of The Peak Awakening — a holistic peak performance and intuitive wisdom company that helps high-performing professionals create soul-aligned success without burnout, second-guessing or sacrificing what matters most.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with more than 10,000 elite performers — from Olympians and professional athletes to Fortune 500 executives, actors, and high-level creatives — guiding them to career-defining breakthroughs in performance, leadership and purpose.
But my journey to this work didn’t start with ease and balance.
It started with pushing hard, winning big… and hitting a wall.
After years of high-performance pressure as a world-class athlete and leader, I took a six-week leave to face unhealed trauma, and what I discovered during that time changed everything. I learned to:
Trust my intuition
Return to my truth
Take grounded, soul-led action
Manifest epic results without my usual drive, but with aligned intention
And, in the process, I manifested next-level results with soul-aligned ease. I was given a gift of a new paradigm of peak performance — one where heart replaces hustle and intuition leads the way. I knew I couldn’t keep this gift from others, and so the Peak Awakening was born.
